Refund Policy for MeridianMyo LLC

 

All services and therapy packages offered by MeridianMyo LLC are non-refundable. By purchasing any service or package, clients acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued once payment has been made, regardless of usage, completion status, or outcome.

 

Due to the nature of virtual myofunctional therapy—which involves time, preparation, individualized planning, and reserved appointment slots—MeridianMyo LLC does not provide refunds for services already rendered, missed appointments, or partially used packages.

 

Clients are encouraged to ask any questions and fully understand the scope of services prior to purchase. In certain cases, MeridianMyo LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer rescheduling options or account credits, but these are not guaranteed and do not constitute a refund.
