Terms & Conditions for MeridianMyo LLC

Effective Date: March 28, 2026

By accessing meridianmyo.com (the “Site”) and/or using our Services (including virtual consulting), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of Services; No Emergency Care

MeridianMyo provides orofacial myofunctional therapy and wellness consulting online. We do not provide medical diagnoses, treatment, or emergency care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number).

2. Eligibility; Minors

You must be 18 years or older to create an account or purchase Services. Minors may receive Services only with verified parent/guardian consent, and the adult must act as the account holder.

3. Virtual Consulting & Location/Licensure

We provide Services only where permitted by applicable licensure and professional rules. We may decline or discontinue Services if local regulations limit access.

4. Scheduling, Cancellation & No-Shows

  • Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full session fee.

  • Package or program policies will be stated at checkout or confirmation.

5. Fees, Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are processed securely through SimplePractice (https://www.simplepractice.com/features/credit-card-processing/) or Stripe. Meridian Myo does not store full payment card numbers.

  • Prices are shown at checkout and may change.

  • Refunds: Except where required by law or expressly stated, all sales are final once a session occurs. Unused package portions may be refundable, less a reasonable administrative fee.

6. Client Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, reverse engineer, spam, or otherwise interfere with the Site or Services.

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights.

  • Harass or engage in illegal conduct.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, graphics, videos, PDFs, branding) is owned by or licensed to MeridianMyo. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. No reproduction or distribution without written permission.

8. Educational Content vs. Personalized Consulting

General content (blogs, videos, downloads) is informational/educational only. Personalized recommendations occur during paid consulting engagements and may involve coordination with your dentist, physician, or other specialists.

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. MeridianMyo makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Individual results vary based on client engagement, adherence, and personal circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Meridian Myo and its consultants, employees, and owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Meridian Myo from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of laws or third-party rights.

12. Third-Party Tools, Links & Affiliates

  • Our Site may include third-party links, tools, or affiliate programs (e.g., Amazon Associates). External sites have their own terms and policies.

  • We disclose any affiliate relationships as required by law.

13. SimplePractice Client Portal

Using the SimplePractice portal means those terms apply in addition to these Terms.

14. International Users; Compliance

You are responsible for complying with local laws. Meridian Myo may restrict Services where prohibited by law, sanctions, or regulations.

15. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, excluding conflicts of law rules. Exclusive venue is Lake County, Ohio, unless mandatory consumer venue rules in your country require otherwise.

16. Changes to Terms

Meridian Myo may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
